Returns Policy


1. How Returns Work

Customers must first:

Log a return on the supplier store website and obtain approval.

Confirm with Lots that the item meets the suppliers return conditions.


2. Return Process

1.  Send your return item to Lots’ address in Gaborone (customers outside Gaborone must cover transport costs to Gaborone).

2. Lots will coordinate return shipping to your supplier.


3. Return Fees

Customers are responsible for all return transportation costs. The fees may be the same as the delivery fees or more depending on the logistics.

Additional Transport Costs: Customers outside Gaborone cover their own transport to our drop-off location.

Failed Collection Fee: If an item does not meet suppliers return conditions, a P50 fee will be deducted.

No Refund of Logistics Fees: Lots does not refund any fees after delivery is completed.


4. Important Return Conditions

No Responsibility for supplier Errors: Lots only facilitates courier services and is not responsible for:

Wrong items, missing parts, or damaged goods.

These must be resolved directly with the supplier.

No Package Inspection: Lots does not open packages or check order accuracy—our role is logistics coordination.
